Agree; but didn't want to say anything.

The factory stripe was an adhesive stripe with a masking covering; the secondary (inset) color was sprayed first, taped off (using the adhesive stripe as the upper boundary) and then the primary color sprayed over the top.

Removing the paper masking the inset and the protective masking over the stripe reveals the two tone.
