Re: New to site first post

Welcome. I hope you well with your build. I took mine all the way to the frame. There is not a bolt or part that I haven't touch or cleaned. I enjoy working on my old truck which I call patches. She has has a patch here and a patch there and that is why she is called patches. I started with a 68 cab which I thought it was. It turned out to be 69. It really doesn't matter for I took it to the salvage yard and got another cab. Worked on it for three weeks and took it to the salvage yard. But now I have a solid cab it is a 1970. But on with my build I am now at a stage to where I am rebuilding the vent windows. My brother-in-law from le high acres will do the fine tuning on the body work this week inn. I have been working on the old girl for over a year and Hope to drive her in the Christmas parade in Cristal river, Florida, this year. anyway happy building and don't worry about asking questions. For that is all I do is asked questions. There is a lot of good guys on this site that will bend over backwards to answer any question that comes up. again happy building abd God Bless
