Using the powerwasher is a good idea, I didn't think of that one. I used the spray and wash and a plastic bristled brush in the sink with hot water running over it. Then I soaked it in laundry detergent/hot water overnight and dried it the next day. Still wasn't perfectly clean but I was going to dye it anyways. I may have to try the powerwasher on my original set that I took out of the truck.
