This how my truck looks now

This is how it looked when I bought it

And this is the only rust-through it has. All 4 cab supports

Othar than that it's pretty straight. Has the original wood floor in it, so that needs replaced but all of the sheet metal is pretty stout. Of course it could use a paint job, but what original 67 can't?
