Take a look at my vent window rebuild in the Official John Lee Jr thread.
Also, before you install the LMC Rubber and update on mine, as I used LMC Rubber.
About two months old and the LMC rubber I installed has begun to deteriorate, tear and crumble....I'd recommend you send the LMC kit back and shop for some other rubber kit.
