Here's a picture of how the mount goes together. I didn't take a picture when I took mine apart, then I couldn't figure it out. It's easy to figure out what part bolts tot he T/C, but I couldn't figure out the rest of the mount. Also, here's a link to my original question, probably better to give credit to those that helped me out.
