The steele rubber part fits perfect and is high quality. That glass is a @itch to get in so bring a bucket of patience when you do it. You are going to be sure it won't go in just before it finally does.
Also if you have the old one trie cleaning it with EasyOff oven cleaner. You'll be amazed at how newish it will become.
