50 years of sitting in a field doesn't impress me at all. There are plenty of original trucks still out there...for far cheaper and they run. 6-10 miles on the odometer doesn't impress me enough to kick out $25k for a truck sitting 50 years either. we see plenty of low mileage original trucks on this forum and the owners have paid a fraction of what was paid for those trucks this weekend at the auction. It was all just hype. If you listen to the people who were there and physically saw the conditions of the vehicles...sitting in the fields....windows down....ratted out interiors.... and the missing parts....was it really that good of a deal?
