It's super easy to put the power steering on the non-dimpled frame: just heat it up and massage it a little with a BFH and make your own dimple.

Another way, though not usually recommended is to simply shim the p/s gear out until it clears. 'They' will all say that it changes the steering geometry, but I did it on a '67 years ago and it was fine. Just sayin'.
