I own the commercial version of EFI Live, and have used it quite extensively in the past. To me, it is far more user friendly than HP Tuners...I fiddled around with the tune on a buddy's turbo LS and kept getting lost in the GUI in HPT.
That said, I'm also a megasquirt user...and if the OP has never done any custom tuning, and if it's a basic, stock engine setup, you'd be better served with a reflashed stock ECU.
