You mean aluminum heads? I found this...

I'd say a SBF @ 460 lbs. then add aluminum heads and it will be lighter than
a LM7 probably not an LS1, once dressed.
In fact a dressed* LS1 is reported like this...
"Total dressed engine mass (wt.) dry
457.6 lb. automatic
497.2 lb. manual"
Dressed means different things to different people. The LS1 was suppose to be taken from a GM site (no longer found)
So I'd take these figure with a grain of salt. something to use for "ballparking it"
