Re: Disc conversion on C20

I got the complete kit from POL. It works great BUT I did have problems. I received the kit in reasonable time. There were some parts that weren't right. I started the install, had one side torn down and found that the upper ball joints and outer tie rod ends included in the kit were incorrect. As I live in an area with HOA, I had to put it back together so I didn't get in trouble with them. As it was on a Saturday afternoon and they were closed I had to buy the ball joints at AutoZone. Though they gave me credit for the ball joints when I sent the wrong ones back, it didn't cover the cost for me plus I had to pay shipping.

The tie rod ends, were replaced with no charge.

On the PLUS side, their customer service is great!. When I called and spoke to someone about an issue, that person gave me their attention, time and when done their extension if I needed to call back.

I would do business with them again.
