can you put up any pics of the cab the rear mount points are different (as the cab sits higher than it does on a pickup) from what i have seen in other pics.... door corners are clipped as you already know are the rockers clipped at all??? if not then i would say it should not be to hard to do the mounts changes to the cab as needed
