Looks like it is, the decal looks paper and o be glued around the edges on yours.
This is a parts truck, the rear wheels are frozen from the brakes, looks like I need to pull the cover and check for posi or limited slip. What did these trucks have? I am just familiar with the later 12 bolt posi units
