checked out a 75 this morning. all stock and looked great ...apart from the following.
Drivers side floorpan has a see through hole in the corner and under the door is bubbling.
Right side rocket box has two large cut holes and inside you can see where a floor pan has been placed OVER rusty as hell old floor (as opposed to replacing it). Mechanically she runs sweetly and has original 400 engine and is all matching etc to the original spec card from the dealer. Actual frame / chassis looks good. new fuel tank and springs in evidence. My bodywork guy tells me probably $2k to get floors cut out and rewelded in place that would leave me a blank canvas for the interior to line as I see fit. Does this seem about right?
