I have to agree with Ossie50 Ditch that setup and run a cable. I don't think you need to blow a bunch of cash on a fancy aftermarket unit unless it fits your build plan though. Most of us would figure out how to make the pedal and cable out of the S-10 work or find one in a donor rig that will work.
mount the pedal so it is comfortable to work with your foot and then drill a hole just big enough for the cable housing to slip through. You might have to take a three corner file and square up the hole for some GM units.
