the trick is to put them in the microwave and to get them warmed up enough to be pliable. little Vaseline or white grease and put it together just like new. don't stop to pick your nose or scratch your ass once you get it worm enough. maybe 30 seconds at a time until it is just right
if you have torn the crap out of it taking it out, i would suggest looking for a better one
