The steering wheel on mine came off while I was tightening the bolts on the puller down! Real easy. Mine didn't have the D Bolts.

Thanks Bret. I tried 5/16 fine. It wouldn't go in, but I felt like the bolt was too big. Just wanted to check before I went and purchased a bunch of different bolts.
