In short SWB trucks will cost you more to buy, and sell for more when you sell it. LWB will cost less to buy but sell for less when you sell. It all equals out. If you have to sink a lot of money in it to get it pristine, you probably won't get your money back whether its LWB or SWB. You see alot of them on e-bay saying they have a bazillian dollars in it and are trying to get it back. I like what I have because its an old GM truck. I don't hot rod any more. I just like to drive it and go through the gears,( granny shifting) listening to the exhaust, LIFE IS GOOD!!!!
