Casey, you do brush it on, and the brush strokes just go away. POR says right in the instructions that brushing is recomended. You should see my core support that I did it on. Looks stunning. POR recomends that you use their whole process from start to finish, including degreaser and metal etch. I sandblast some stuff and wire brush other stuff.
Dano, my truck is ugly. I've posted pics of it here before. 34 year old original paint is kind of beat. It is lowered with all new suspension though.
