The Ebrake cables from the drums get thrown away. The new calipers have their own cable and then a "jumper" cable to make up the difference in length from the really long originals that tie together just under the trans tailshaft at the ebrake yoke. From there forward, it's the same. Only change is where the split under the center of the truck and go left/right. New jumpers to shorter shielded cables to the new calipers.
I was shorted a jump cable and the other must be for a long bed as it's about a foot too long. I ran to the hardware store and picked up some stainless cable and ring style crimps to adjust length and then lock them down to size. should work fine.
