After looking on this order, it was entered for build on her birthday  Looks like the "FLT" marks the fleet package, and this confirms that the heater was factory and not added on later. Also looks like the black is the original color as well.

You have a rare documented truck with the 270. I'd do a complete resto to stock . It would be worth more that way. paperwork back to the build is very rare. It would add $$$ to the value.
