I would be tempted to 2nd that but, that tick/knock noise is steady so something is already damaged. That screw had to enter accidentally through the lifter valley or maybe a valve cover. It may have damaged a lifter/lobe or a rod or main bearing. I would inspect those areas closely before putting it back together. Something has to be damaged to make that loud steady tick.
