Run whatever you want. Good 'ole stock fan clutch will do more than fine.
I've got two of the modern aluminum/plastic SPI replacement rads (can't get brass ones anymore unless you find somebody with old stock) and I gotta say that these rads are a lot better than the brass ones they replaced. Fit better, and cool extrememly well. I'm especially happy with the one that is in my Nova.
