No 2 trucks are exactly the same. Knowing there's possible differences & w/o looking @ your exact set-up I'm only answering based on what my truck indicated.

Based on mine, shackle & hangers would work w/a air over leaf helper & stock frame rails for sure. With a flip kit, notching the frame would have been mandatory. But if that was done, towing wouldn't have been an issue since nothing was changed other than the flip.
