As far as frames, they are still out there. In fact there's a couple on Ebay right now I believe. Some new parts are available from places like Jim Carter. The biggest problem is finding fenders and running boards in good shape. The only new ones available are fiberglass that I have found.
As far as running gear, the 41-46's are identical to the 47's and up from the radiator back. In fact I put a complete TCI rear leaf kit for a 47 in my 46 and it bolted right up to the existing holes.
The one thing you might have trouble with is title and registration depending on your state.
