Someone posted a video the other day on a different board I was on. The NY Police got a call for someone starting to wash their car in their driveway and they went to the house with paperwork to show them that it was against the rules and advise them not to. The guy said he was on his own property, but the cop told him that he "was in public view". It was in some kind of village neighborhood though.
...glad I live miles and miles away from there!!
