yes you can run radials you just have to use radial compatible tubes .... and of coarse new flaps ....if you like the the size of the bias tires you have then match them up with new ones for OD.that you like ... the only thing i would look at is the bead area the 750 Rs might fit the bead on the wheels better then the 235s
