I placed an order with them Dec. 22, and it still shows "processing." I've emailed, called, left a message, and PM'd them on the board, but nothing...

I realize we're just exiting the holiday season, but the lack of response to emails has me doubting my decision to purchase from them. Has anyone dealt with Top Banana in the last few weeks? Are they still in business?
