You might consider Skyjacker's adjustable drag link if you have trouble finding a pitman arm that will work for you. Emergency brake cables might work, just have to get your truck together and see.
Watch your driveshaft lengths to make sure they are okay. I had to lengthen my front driveshaft and add a CV joint when I did just a 4" lift.
