Alright, so earlier when I said it fired right up, it did, but it would die after about 3 seconds. We figured it was just the O2 sensors struggling with adjusting to the open exhausts. We tested the fuel pressure at the rails and it was like 14 psi. So, we tested the voltage to the fuel pump and it was like 7v. It turns out we needed to flip the orange power wire and the green PCM signal wire on the relay.

So know it's truly running under its own power!
