Except that if your 265 degrees wasn't on the exhaust manifold, I would say you have a cooling problem, and I wouldn't drive it anymore until you get that figured out.

I think I was catching heat from the exhaust manifold, and while the laser was not right on it there was certainly a close proximity. The rest of the motor ran cool i.e. the hottest spot I do not think even broke 200 mark.
