Thanks for posting all the nice detailed photos on this '61. IMO, I still believe the owner got his facts wrong. Forest Hill forestry dept? Is this a private forestry division? The U. S. Dept of Agriculture runs the entire U. S. Forestry service. The U.S Forestry service fleet color is shown on this truck. I still say Bell Telephone till owner provides documentation otherwise.
