Correct. That's all your system needs. As mine it's all there is to regulate it. Mine just has the return line as did my TPI setup. Why I can't say but I'm sure some one can.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
