Here legally no car that didn't come from the factory with seat belts is required to have them. But you sure as heck don't need to make it a law to force me to put them in! I am a BIG fan of seat belts and wouldn't dream of driving without them.

And if you haven't studied driving and habits with time you REALLY should. I could go on and on about this subject because I have studied it. And I don't mean looking, I mean keeping records of time and mpg and what not. It is CRAZY how distorted our image of time is.
