I have a 3/4 ton that I ran 33s on with no rubbing, im almost sure they were 12.5 wide. if you want 37s go 6inch with the right back spacing on a new set of rims you should have no problem. I haven't owned a lifted truck myself but have worked on many. If you looking for a really nice company to get a 4 or 6 from I would go rough country. its cheap and you can get all new springs for short money in one of their lift kits. I say there good cause a friend of mine has a 6inch kit on his 85 and it has been beet to death with no breaks on the suspension... just u joints axles transmissions clutches and engines.
