Just ensure you wear some good gloves, these tanks have sharp edges, cut you quick...

The burb tank may work with that hitch, I have a CL 3 or 4 hitch on the back of my GMC, I will have to look and see if tank would still get in there. I have put a burb tank on my short bed. Will look at that one too.
