Nope - the VIN plate was obviously removed and replaced with different rivets. So we had to go through a whole state trooper inspection, VIN check, blah blah blah - took over six weeks from inspection to getting plates. But we're all legal now, with a new assigned VIN for legal purposes, and we didn't even have to bond for title.
