Motor postioning (and consequently where the slider plate is in relation to the front of the motor) will play a VERY large roll on whether or not it interferes with the back of the PS pump or AC unit...

I think the AC would be a stretch with any slider.......
Lower AC will not work with Dingo Sliders...
They bolt over the top of where that bracket mounts... you will need to look at a relocation... Holley makes a nice high mount setup...
