Ok, well CPP says it's loose to help with caster adjustments. I don't like it. I'm having a buddy make up some bronze bushings for it. It wont be tight, but at least it wont be "$2 whore loose".
While looking over the stuff I need to reuse, I'm short one spacer. It's #10 on LMC site. The problem though, they only list the 3/4 ton spacer, which is way different. I need a bare minimum of one more, but would love 4 new ones. Anyone have another outlet for these?
Mine looks like a thick washer, one side flat and the other dished.
