Both will work, but the Clifford (in my opinion) is a better design with larger and less angular runners to more efficiently move air and fuel. They also have cast in water jackets for heating the intake. The offy needs a plate that can sometimes leak and be tough to work with. The offy has a more vintage look while the Clifford has a more modern performance look in my eyes, so if you are trying to blend style and performance you could consider that as well.
If it was my engine and I had an offy hanging on the wall or found one cheap, I'd probably use it. If I had to go looking for one and had the $ to be a bit more picky, I'd go looking for a Clifford.
