I may have took for granted you were following my build thread when I asked you the question.There is very little left on this truck that has factory anything,or atleast period correct.The new harness will not route anywhere near where the old one did,for the specific reason I'm attepmting to hide all wire completely.

I have looked at the Painless contact option however with the amount of vibration in these hood's,I doubt the contact points would meet properly for long and more than likely wear out quickly and create a weak point in the circuit.


Its unfortunate that available contact options are really designed just for doors,which do not have the movement you would experience in a hood.

After many hours searching I may have found a solution.This contact product has a more forgiving surface area.
