I think I may switch. They have a lot of high end cars in the shop all the time, but I'm starting to think that most of those are from rich people in CA or FL who just throw tons of money at their cars and don't care how they actually function. I honestly think that Fran is a good guy and does quality work, but I think the communication between him and the customer is just not there.
