There are some replacement divorced choke rods available for some stock applications. But I don't think I've ever seen a longer one available for use with a carb spacer/adapter.
In those cases, I usually just bend my own from a piece of 1/8" welding rod. The hardest part is drilling a hole for a tiny cotter pin or cutting a groove for a small retainer clip to hold the rod on the carburetor end.
