As others have said take lots of picture, measurements and your time. It is my first time doing it as well. Tack welded in my driver floor pan this morning.

Spent about an hour getting the kick panel massaged enough to line up. The kick panel has been the most out of alignment so far. And I am going to have to redrill the holes where the bottom fender bracket goes as they just don't line up at all. I did not brace my cab but it is still mounted to the frame. I measured both door openings in different spots and they are dead on.
