Woogeroo- No problem..glad I could get a few pictures to post up. It's unfortunate, the owner said it was a running/driving truck when he parked it about 7 years ago, and now the motor is locked up.
JWheeler- What exactly did you do in New Bern? My family and I have been in the New Bern area as long as I can remember and some.
1963c-10- The '65 I went to look at wasn't a bad truck. It had the original radio and a few other cool original parts. I'm in the phase with my truck right now that I just need to focus on finishing welding in the new panels in the cab and get it running. Once I do that, I'll work the front end pieces and drive it some. I have a couple of long beds now that are both kind of rough, but I may be able to repair them over some time. I'm just looking for an easy way out with the bed
I've looked at that craigslist ad you posted several times. I'm just not quite ready to pull the trigger on another parts truck just yet. Thanks for posting it though!
