You have studied on it. make him a decent offer for the biggest amount your willing to pay. Don't go over that price and don't lowball him. If he declines. Just state that is all you can pay. Let him know the offer is good for only a short time because your looking at others. Ive bought a lot of vehicles that others thought couldn't be bought.
