Definitely need a new spring. It will pretty much be required to replace both sides because otherwise I doubt the truck would sit level. As far a lift kits Im not sure off the top of my head whats available and from who. If you want to just replace what you got a spring shop would be your best bet and you can have custom leafs springs made your preference on the spot. Its about the same price as getting off the shelf stuff but the quality is usually a lot better from a spring shop.
