Sorry for thread hi-jack but im up in Canada so cant get shipping from Summit, Im looking at this

It is for a 68 longbed, they make a 8' for a 2000 silverado 1500, do you guys think it would work? They install by clamps on the inside of the bed.

Same for bed rails would a newer truck with 8' box fit a 68 longbed?
