torque converters ?
a buddy of mine asked me the other day how he should go about picking out a new torque converter for his truck. I had not clue!
so what exactly do you take in account when picking out a converter? what variables decide what stall speed you want?
his truck is a 71' chevy k10. he is running a 3 inch suspension lift with 33's and 3.73 gears. he has a turbo 350 tranny and a 350 small block that he figures around 300 horsepower. thanks for the help cuz i need to buy a new converter for my truck when the funding alows, so all input is apreciated from us both.
